  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 cups cashew milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons acai powder

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Toppings: strawberries, cashews, granola oats

  1. To a blender, add 2 cups of cashew milk.

  2. Toss in 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of acai powder.

  3. Blend until well mixed.

  4. Pour 1/2 cup of rolled oats and chia seeds into a bowl.

  5. Pour the blended smoothie into the bowl over the oats and chia seeds.

  6. Mix and let sit in the fridge overnight.

  7. Bright and early, drizzle with honey and top with fruits, like strawberries and granola oats for crunchy goodness.
