An Eye for Nutrition Rainbow Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 frozen dragon fruit smoothie pack

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup aloe vera juice

  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop collagen powder

  1. Add 1 cup of frozen strawberries to a blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1/2 cup frozen pineapple.

  3. Add 1/2 cup frozen mango.

  4. Add 1/2 cup baby spinach, with the larger stems removed.

  5. Add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries.

  6. Add 1 frozen dragon fruit smoothie pack.

  7. Add 1 cup water.

  8. Add 1/2 cup aloe vera juice.

  9. Add 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt.

  10. Add 1 scoop collagen powder.

  11. Combine all ingredients until smooth and well mixed.

  12. Pour into a tall glass.

  13. Create a garnish by placing the following fruits on a wooden or metal skewer: strawberry, mango, pineapple, blueberry.

  14. Place skewer in glass and serve immediately.
