  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 oranges, segmented

  • 1 grapefruit, segmented

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric

  • 2 teaspoons ginger

  • 1 cup water

  1. Pour 1 cup of water into blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 segmented grapefruit and 2 segmented oranges.

  3. Scoop 1 cup of frozen pineapple and add to blender or food processor.

  4. Add 1/2 avocado.

  5. Top it off with 1 tablespoon of fresh turmeric and 2 teaspoons of ginger.

  6. Blend.

  7. Pour into a glass and top off with frozen berries and an orange slice.
