Apple Cider Vinegar Veggie Shake

  • 1 medium apple

  • 1 medium ripe pear

  • 1 cup chopped kale or spinach

  • 1/2 lemon, seeds removed

  • 1 fresh or frozen ripe banana

  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 scoop VeggieShake

  • Water as needed

  1. Chop the apple, pear, and cucumber.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend, adding water to thin as needed.
