  • 2 golden kiwis peeled

  • 1/2 cup raspberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup beets

  • 1 apple, sliced

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  1. Peel 2 golden kiwis.

  2. Slice 1 apple.

  3. Place the kiwis and the slices of apple in the blender.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of beets.

  6. Blend the fruit.

  7. Pour 1/2 cup of coconut water in the mix.

  8. Drink up and be strong!
