Health Benefits
  1. Carrot juice: rich in beta-carotene for stronger immunity and better skin and eye health. Beta-carotene also helps fight inflammation and cleanse the kidneys. Antioxidants in carrot juice defend against free radical damage that causes diseases like cancer and heart disease.

  2. Pineapple: contains vitamins A, C, B1, and minerals like potassium and manganese. Pineapple boosts heart health and immunity and protects against inflammation and disease.

  3. Turmeric: curcumin in turmeric is so powerful it rivals the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs!

  4. Cinnamon: has more antioxidant protection than any other spice in the world.

  5. Bee pollen: can help strengthen the immune system with antimicrobial and antiviral properties.
