  • 2 beets

  • 3 carrots

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 piece fresh ginger

  • 1/2 english cucumber

  1. Add 2 beets to blender or food processor.

  2. Add 3 chopped carrots.

  3. Add 1 sliced and chopped green apple. Depending on the strength of the food processor, you may want to peel the apple first.

  4. Add 1 piece of fresh ginger and 1/2 an English cucumber.

  5. Blend all ingredients together.

  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
