1 green apple
1 piece fresh ginger
1/2 english cucumber
Add 2 beets to blender or food processor.
Add 3 chopped carrots.
Add 1 sliced and chopped green apple. Depending on the strength of the food processor, you may want to peel the apple first.
Add 1 piece of fresh ginger and 1/2 an English cucumber.
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
