This antioxidant-infused drink is virtually bursting with dragon fruit and strawberries. Ingredients
  • 1 beet, scrubbed and cut into cubes

  • 1 package frozen dragon fruit

  • 1/2 frozen banana, peeled

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen, plus more for garnish

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk or water

Instructions
  1. Add to blender or food processor 1 beet, scrubbed and cut into cubes.

  2. Add 1 package frozen dragon fruit.

  3. Add 1/2 frozen banana, with the peel removed.

  4. Add 1 cup frozen strawberries.

  5. Add 1 teaspoon bee pollen.

  6. Add 1 1/2 cups almond milk or water as desired.

  7. Combine all ingredients until smooth.

  8. Pour into a tall glass.

  9. Garnish with more bee pollen and serve immediately.

  10. Enjoy! There should be enough for friends!
