  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped

  • 4 pitted dates

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Dollop of coconut cream

  • Dehydrated strawberries

  • Chamomile flowers

  1. Start by filling a blender with 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries.

  2. Add 1 medium beet, peeled and chopped into small pieces.

  3. Add 4 pitted dates.

  4. Add 1/2 cup old fashioned oats.

  5. Add 1/2 cup cashew milk.

  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.

  7. Blend until smooth and pour contents into a tall glass.

  8. Add a dollop of coconut cream to the top.

  9. Add a sprinkle of dehydrated strawberries.
