Ingredients
  • Red:

  • 2 beets

  • 1-inch piece ginger

  • 1 apple

  • Yellow:

  • 2 yellow beets

  • 1-inch piece ginger

  • 3 celery pieces

Instructions
  1. Make the red juice in a juicer and pour into half of an ice cube tray.

  2. Make the yellow juice in the juicer and pour into the other half of the ice cube tray.

  3. Freeze for 6 or more hours.

  4. Add ice cubes to a large glass and fill with sparkling water.
