Ingredients
  • 1 pear, sliced

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup mangoes, frozen

  • 3/4 cup cashew milk

  • 1/4 cup cranberries, frozen

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions
  1. First in your blender is the pear.

  2. Add the frozen banana.

  3. Top with the frozen mango chunks.

  4. Sprinkle in the frozen cranberries.

  5. Pour in the cashew milk.

  6. Add the hemp seeds.

  7. Secure the lid and puree until smooth and creamy.
