Best of all, it tastes amazing thanks to natural sweeteners in banana and honey. This superlative wellness smoothie makes 3 servings, so you can satisfy your sweet tooth with friends while getting important nutrients that are essential to a balanced, healthy diet.

Ingredients
  • Black Side:

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3 dates

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon activated charcoal

  • White Side:

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Instructions
  1. Blend each side separately:

  2. Black Side: Pour 1 cup of vanilla almond milk into your blender or food processor.

  3. Add 1 cup of ice.

  4. Add 1 frozen banana and 3 dates.

  5. Finish with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal.

  6. Blend until ingredients are smooth.

  7. Set aside.

  8. White Side: Pour 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk into your blender or food processor.

  9. Add 1/4 cup of rolled oats.

  10. Add 1 1/2 frozen bananas.

  11. Scoop in 1/4 cup of walnuts.

  12. Finish with 2 teaspoons of honey.

  13. Pour both sides into a glass at the same time to make a black and white smoothie.
