Ingredients
Black Side:
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
3 dates
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon activated charcoal
White Side:
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup walnuts
Instructions
Blend each side separately:
Black Side: Pour 1 cup of vanilla almond milk into your blender or food processor.
Add 1 cup of ice.
Add 1 frozen banana and 3 dates.
Finish with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal.
Blend until ingredients are smooth.
Set aside.
White Side: Pour 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk into your blender or food processor.
Add 1/4 cup of rolled oats.
Add 1 1/2 frozen bananas.
Scoop in 1/4 cup of walnuts.
Finish with 2 teaspoons of honey.
Pour both sides into a glass at the same time to make a black and white smoothie.
