Ingredients
  • Bottom Layer:

  • 1/4 coconut yogurt

  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • Middle Layer:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen

  • Top Layer:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds

Instructions
  1. Blend first layer and pour into glass. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

  2. Blend second layer and pour on top of the first layer and place back in freezer for another 15 minutes.

  3. Blend third layer and pour on top.
