  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  1. Add a 1/2 cup of frozen cranberries, a 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks, and a 1/2 cup of frozen cherries to your blender or food processor.

  2. Pour in a 1/2 cup of orange juice.

  3. Finish with 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds.

  4. Blend until you have a frosty, vibrant smoothie ready for sipping!
