Health Benefits
  1. Banana: is packed with potassium, an essential mineral that keeps fluid levels balanced throughout your body and your heart rhythm regular.

  2. Pumpkin: is admired for its treasure trove of antioxidants, including alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin. Studies show the antioxidants in pumpkin can be especially beneficial when it comes to protecting your skin from sun damage and reducing your risk of cancer and various eye diseases.

  3. Macadamias and macadamia milk: help increase your intake of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous, all of which work together to ensure healthy bone mineralization.

  4. Evaporated coconut milk: scientific evidence indicates that coconut milk can decrease swelling and inflammation, reduce ulcer size, and rid your body of infection-causing viruses and bacteria.

  5. Maple syrup: scientific analysis shows that maple syrup contains at least 24 different antioxidants, which can prevent free radical damage that can contribute to the progression of numerous chronic diseases. And, FYI, darker maple syrups contain more antioxidants than lighter ones!

  6. Cocoa powder and dark chocolate: overflowing with calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, and other vital nutrients, cacao beans—from which cocoa powder and dark chocolate are made—can protect the health of your heart, reduce your risk of diabetes, and enhance your cognitive function.
