Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie

To make our Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie extra rich and creamy, we doubled up on milk—using macadamia and coconut—then doubled up again by including cocoa powder and dark chocolate. And by adding half a cup of pumpkin plus a full tablespoon of pumpkin spice, we made this a perfectly fall-flavored smoothie too.

Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

  • 1/2 cup macadamia milk

  • 1/4 cup evaporated coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup macadamias

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate

Instructions
  1. Place 1 frozen banana in your blender or food processor.

  2. Scoop in 1/2 a cup of pumpkin.

  3. Pour in a 1/2 cup of macadamia milk and a 1/4 cup of evaporated coconut milk.

  4. Add 1/4 cup of macadamias.

  5. Measure and add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

  6. Finish with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate.

  7. Blend until fully combined into a temptingly thick smoothie.
