Deep Green Smoothie with a Kick

Our Deep Green Smoothie combines sweet fruit, like apples, with the mildly tart flavor of green grapes; the rest of the ingredients will surprise your palate with spicy and savory notes and extra flavor. The cucumber does not have a strong flavor and makes this green smoothie more refreshing because it contains a lot of water.

Green grapes are loaded with antioxidants that fight free radicals and protect the body from diseases. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, and paprika is packed with antioxidants.   • 1 apple, sliced

  • 1/2 cup green grapes

  • 1 small cucumber, sliced

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  1. Slice 1 apple.

  2. Slice 1 small cucumber.

  3. Place the sliced apple and cucumber in the blender.

  4. Juice 1 lemon and add it to the mix.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of green grapes.

  6. Scoop 1/2 teaspoon of ginger into the mix.

  7. Add a dash of paprika.

  8. Blend all the ingredients.

  9. Use a small bunch of cilantro for decoration.
