Health Benefits
  1. Dragon fruit: is a good candidate for naturally fighting all sorts of flus, even the keto flu, with its abundance of vitamin C content and flavonoids.

  2. Coconut milk: keeps you hydrated with electrolytes, which also prevents diarrhea—a common keto flu symptom.

  3. MCT oil: counters the fatigue that just about every keto flu sufferer endures. Its healthy medium triglyceride fats increase metabolism, giving you an energy boost.

  4. Collagen: helps improve appetite. Its proteins promote better digestion while discouraging nausea and stomachaches.

  5. Cauliflower: supports nervous system health. Natural choline in cauliflower addresses tremors and night sweats, and more standard keto flu symptoms.

  6. Monk fruit: has natural sweeteners that do not hinder your body’s ability to recover like most commercially sold sugars tend to.

  7. Keto cider: is a keto flu-fighting potion all by itself. It contains ginger to help with nausea and digestive issues, turmeric which contains powerful antioxidants, and antibacterial apple cider vinegar.
