  • 1 1/4 cup chilled green tea

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 5 walnuts

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 scoop Vital Protein Collagen Powder

  1. Pour 1 1/4 cup of chilled green tea into your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1/4 of an avocado.

  3. Scoop in 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds.

  4. Peel 1/2 a grapefruit, cut into chunks, and add to the blender or food processor.

  5. Add 5 walnuts.

  6. Add 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower.

  7. Add 1 cup of baby spinach.
