Golden Delight Smoothie

In summer, there are plenty of delicious sweet fruits available, including peach and pineapple, but what about winter? That’s why we created our Golden Delight Smoothie. You’ll feel the warmth of the summer sun during those dark and cold winter days! Frozen fruit is highly nutritious and perfect for creating countless scrumptious smoothies, like this golden smoothie that you can enjoy any time of the year.

Coconut milk is the base of our smoothie. We chose it because of its creamy texture and because it offers great health benefits. In addition, it is free from dairy, soy, and nuts, which makes it easy to digest. We love the yellow color of peach and pineapple because yellow conveys positivity and energy. Besides, these two sweet fruits are great sources of vitamin C and protect the body against disease. Ginger makes the flavor of this summer smoothie extra special by adding a spicy touch and boosting the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen

  • 1/2 cup peach chunks, frozen

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground

  • Dash of vanilla

Instructions
  1. Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into the blender.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of frozen peach chunks.

  4. Scoop 1 teaspoon of ground ginger into the mix and a dash of vanilla.

  5. Blend all the ingredients.

  6. Drink up and feel the golden summer!
