Golden Milk Overnight Oats Bowl

  •  Ready In: 5 to 10 minutes to prepare, 8 hours to soak
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 cups flax milk

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  1. Blend together flax milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.

  2. Add rolled oats to an empty bowl.

  3. Pour chia seeds on top of the oats.

  4. Then pour then blended ingredients over the oats and the chia seeds. Stir well!

  5. Let sit in the fridge overnight or for several hours.

  6. Top with nuts, seeds, and your choice of fruits.
