  • 5 kale leaves

  • 3 Swiss chard leaves

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 apples of any variety

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 celery stalks

  1. Add 5 kale leaves with the stems removed to your juicer.

  2. Add 3 Swiss chard leaves after removing the stems.

  3. Add 1 cucumber, peeled and crudely chopped.

  4. Add 2 apples of your preferred variety, chopped into small pieces. You can leave the peels in place.

  5. Add the juice from 1 lemon.

  6. Add 3 celery stalks, crudely chopped.

  7. Juice contents of basin until smooth.

  8. Pour into a tall glass. Add ice if desired.

  9. Drink and enjoy!
