Hangover Cure Smoothie

  • 2 cups coconut water

  • 1-inch piece of turmeric

  • 1-inch piece of ginger

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 bunch parsley

  • 1 bunch mint

  • Pinch black pepper

  1. Add 2 cups of coconut water to a blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1-inch piece of turmeric.

  3. Add 1-inch piece of ginger after removing the skin.

  4. Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup of frozen pineapple.

  5. Add a 1/2 bunch of parsley, removing the larger stems.

  6. Add 1 bunch mint.

  7. Add a pinch of black pepper.

  8. Blend until the contents are a luscious lime green.

  9. Garnish with a lemon and mint, and drink with a reusable straw. Say goodbye to that hangover!
