Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 cup peaches, frozen

  • 1/4 raspberries, frozen

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions
  1. Wash fruit and cut strawberry stem. Some people also like coring strawberries. You can do that, or just remove the stem.

  2. Place strawberries, peaches, and raspberries in the blender.

  3. Pour in a 1/2 cup of coconut water.

  4. Add a 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger.

  5. Blend all the ingredients.

  6. Drink up, and your heart will be happy!
