  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup soaked cashews

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

  • Note: Add ice if preferred chilled

  1. Pour 1 cup of almond milk into your food processor or blender.

  2. Scoop in 1/4 cup of blueberries, rinsed.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of soaked cashews.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of MCT oil.

  5. Include the ice for a chilled version.

  6. Blend the ingredients until contents are smooth.
