Immune-Booster Berry Shake

Our Immune-Booster Berry Shake introduces camu camu and a mixed-berries medley, which are serious vitamin C contenders. Compared with other fruits and vegetables saturated with this nutrient, like oranges and mangos, camu camu shines. We suggest including strawberries with your heaping portion of mixed berries. They also rise above the pack when it comes to vitamin C content. But choose your camu camu, berries, and other ingredients wisely for this shake. As with all foods, the fresher they are the more potent the shake will be. So blend these ingredients fast to achieve the highest nutrient content possible.

Armed with other immune-system helpers, like berries and monk fruit, the Immune-Booster Berry Shake is potent enough to help you fight off illness-causing pathogens. As a low-carbohydrate choice, this camu camu shake is a nice complement to many diet meals, so plan your fats and proteins accordingly.
