Our Immunity Powerhouse Smoothie can do miracles when you are sick because it boosts your immune system thanks to the forceful action of vitamin C. That’s why we created a powerful smoothie that will shield your body from viruses and toxins.

Kale has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. For this reason, it is the perfect ingredient for smoothies, but it needs to be paired with sweet fruit. That’s why we chose pineapple, which is packed with vitamin C. Orange juice increases the healing power of vitamin C, and green pepper adds vitamin A to the mix. Spirulina gives this powerhouse smoothie the final detox kick. If you’re looking for a smoothie to boost the immune system, this is the golden ticket!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup kale, destemmed

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1/2 cup OJ

  • 1 spirulina capsule

Instructions
  1. Wash the kale and discard the stems (or you can buy it already destemmed).

  2. Wash the pepper, take out seeds, and cut in pieces.

  3. Place the veggies in the blender.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks.

  5. Blend the veggies and the pineapple.

  6. Add 1/2 cup of orange juice and blend.

  7. Add 1 spirulina capsule and blend all.
