1 ripe banana
4 medjool dates, seeded
1 cup cold brew
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Add 1 ripe banana to the blender.
Add 4 medjool dates, with the seeds removed.
Add 1 cup cold brew coffee.
Add 1/2 cup coconut milk.
Add 3 tablespoons cacao powder.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Add a 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, removed from the pod.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
Pour into a tall glass.
