2 tablespoons ghee
1-2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup cold brew
2 teaspoons MCT oil
Note: Add ice if preferred chilled
Pour a 1/2 cup of cold brew into a food processor or blender.
Add 2 tablespoons of ghee.
Include 1 to 2 teaspoons of monk fruit sweetener according to taste.
Scoop in 2 teaspoons of MCT oil.
Add optional ice for a chillier version of this beverage.
