Mango Cranberry Smoothie

  • Layer 1:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • Layer 2:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  1. Pour 1/2 cup almond milk into blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1/2 an avocado.

  3. Scoop 1 cup of frozen cranberries and 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and blend.

  5. Pour into glass.

  6. Pour 1/2 cup almond milk into blender or food processor.

  7. Add 1 1/2 cups frozen mango.

  8. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of turmeric.

  9. Blend.

  10. Pour into glass over the first layer.

  11. Swirl layers together.

  12. Top with coconut cream, a cherry, and bee pollen.

  13. Enjoy!
