  • 1 cup coconut chunks

  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 2 dates

  • Activated charcoal ice cubes

  1. Pour 1 cup of light coconut milk into your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 cup of coconut chunks.

  3. Add 2 cups of baby spinach and 2 dates.

  4. Scoop in 1 tablespoon of matcha powder.

  5. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  6. Pour into a glass with 7 activated charcoal ice cubes.

  7. Detox and chill.
