Pineapple regulates the production of serotonin, the happy hormone, and banana can help to boost your mood. In addition, strawberries contain vitamin C, which can also lower stress levels. MCT oil is a form of saturated fatty acids that offer several benefits, including the ability to improve mood and boost mental health. Coconut milk adds extra creaminess to this delicious Mellow Mind Smoothie.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

Instructions
  1. Place 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple in the blender.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries.

  3. Add 1 frozen banana.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk.

  5. Pour 1 tablespoon of MCT oil into the mix.

  6. Blend all the ingredients.

  7. Drink up and release some stress!
