Mint Lemonade Liver Cleanser

  • 3 lemons

  • 2 cups mint leaves

  • 3 green apples

  • 2 celery stalks

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  1. Add the juice of 3 lemons to your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 2 cups fresh mint leaves, taking care to remove the stems.

  3. Add 3 green apples cut into small pieces. You can leave the peel in place.

  4. Add 2 celery stalks, chopped crudely.

  5. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can use slightly more or slightly less depending on your taste preference and tolerance for spice.

  6. Blend ingredients together until smooth. If desired, add a few ice cubes to chill contents.

  7. Pour juice into a tall glass.

  8. Drink and enjoy.
