Ingredients
3 lemons
2 cups mint leaves
3 green apples
2 celery stalks
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add the juice of 3 lemons to your blender or food processor.
Add 2 cups fresh mint leaves, taking care to remove the stems.
Add 3 green apples cut into small pieces. You can leave the peel in place.
Add 2 celery stalks, chopped crudely.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can use slightly more or slightly less depending on your taste preference and tolerance for spice.
Blend ingredients together until smooth. If desired, add a few ice cubes to chill contents.
