1/3 cup coconut water

Add to a blender or food processor 1 cup pineapple, frozen and cut into chunks.
Add 1 cup watermelon, peeled and cubed with the seeds removed.
Add 1/3 cup coconut water.
Add fresh mint leaves to taste.
Add 1 tablespoon MCT oil.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined. If mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut water.
