  • 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 peeled clementine

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled

  • 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk

  1. Add to your blender or food processor 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into chunks.

  2. Add 1 peeled clementine.

  3. Add 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks.

  4. Add a 1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled.

  5. Add a 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled.

  6. Add 1 tablespoon agave nectar.

  7. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

  8. Add 1 1/4 cups almond milk.

  9. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  10. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
