And unlike the store-bought brands, the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry layers of our Neapolitan smoothie get their bright hues from all-natural ingredients. Chock full of healthy fruits like bananas and strawberries, this is one morning smoothie even the kids will be on board with.

Ingredients
  • Chocolate Layer:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • 3 dates

  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • Vanilla Layer:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite plant-based vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 beet

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions
  1. Add ingredients from the Chocolate Layer to your blender or food processor.

  2. Combine until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and freeze for 15 minutes.

  4. Rinse out blender.

  5. Add ingredients from the Vanilla Layer.

  6. Blend until smooth.

  7. Pour into glass atop frozen Chocolate Layer ingredients. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  8. Rinse out blender.

  9. Add ingredients from the Strawberry Layer.

  10. Blend until smooth.

  11. Pour contents atop Vanilla Layer ingredients.

  12. Top with some natural whip cream, grab a spoon and enjoy.
