1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup spinach
3 kale leaves
2 teaspoons DHA oil
1 tablespoon hemp seed
1 tablespoon flaxseed

1 1/2 cup almond milk
Add 1 frozen banana to a blender.
Add 1 cup of your favorite frozen mixed berries.
Add 1 cup spinach with the larger stems removed.
Add 3 kale leaves.
Add 2 teaspoons of DHA oil.
