Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup carrot

  • 1 teaspoon ginger

  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions
  1. Peel the carrot and place 1/2 cup in the blender.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of frozen mango.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of frozen peach.

  4. Scoop 1 teaspoon of ginger into the mix.

  5. Pour 1 cup of orange juice into the blender.

  6. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and add juice to the mix.

  7. Blend all the ingredients.
