Ingredients
  • 5 carrots

  • 2 apples

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 piece ginger

Instructions
  1. Add 5 carrots, peeled and crudely chopped, to your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 2 apples, crudely chopped but with the skin left in place.

  3. Add 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped.

  4. Add 1 piece of ginger, removing the skin first if desired.

  5. Blend together all ingredients until they form a smooth juice. If contents of blender are too thick, add mineral water until desired consistency is achieved. You can also add ice to chill the juice prior to drinking.

  6. Pour juice into a tall glass.

  7. Enjoy!
