3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups hemp milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons beet powder
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
Soak oats, hemp milk, beet powder, and chia seeds overnight.
Blend soaked oats with raspberries, bananas, and beet root powder.
