  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1 1/2 cups hemp milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 teaspoons beet powder

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  1. Soak oats, hemp milk, beet powder, and chia seeds overnight.

  2. Blend soaked oats with raspberries, bananas, and beet root powder.

  3. Pour in a bowl and top with cherries, frozen blackberries, flowers, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, and mint.
