Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup kale

  • 1/2 cup peaches, frozen

  • 1/4 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

Instructions
  1. Add to the blender or food processor 1/2 cup spinach.

  2. Add 1/2 cup kale, first removing any large stems.

  3. Add 1/2 cup peaches, frozen.

  4. Add 1/4 cup almond meal.

  5. Pour in 1/2 cup almond milk.

  6. Add 1 tablespoon MCT oil.

  7. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If mixture is too grainy, you can add more almond milk as needed.

  8. Pour contents of blender into a tall glass.

  9. Serve immediately.
