1 frozen banana
1/4 cup peanut butter, preferably all natural.
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 teaspoons DHA oil
1 1 /2 cups hemp milk
Add 1 frozen banana to a blender or food processor.
Add 1/4 cup peanut butter.
Add 1 tablespoon cacao nibs.
Add 1 tablespoon hemp seeds.
Add 2 teaspoons DHA oil.
Add 1 1/2 cups hemp milk.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
