  • 2 cups frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Coconut cream

  1. Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of bee pollen.

  3. Scoop in 2 cups of frozen pineapple.

  4. Add 1/4 cup shredded coconut.

  5. Blend.

  6. Top with coconut cream, a cherry, and skewer with fresh pineapple.
