Pomegranate Smoothie

As summer draws to a close, so do many summer workout routines. It can be easy to skip the workout if we know sweaters will soon replace our bathing suits! But staying healthy is a year-round task and one that can be fun by incorporating healthy smoothie recipes into your diet.

Our Pomegranate Smoothie is a great way to transition from summer heat to cooler days. It is filled with immune-boosters like vitamin C, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatories. This Pomegranate Smoothie also contains vitamin D, which is important to add to your diet as summer days grow shorter and our exposure to natural vitamin D starts to waver. Beat the end of summer blues with our delicious Pomegranate Smoothie!

  • 1 cup unsweetened 100% pomegranate juice

  • I cup pomegranate seeds

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 (7 ounce) container 2% Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

  • Pomegranate seeds and blueberries, for garnish

  1. Pour 1 cup of unsweetened 100% pomegranate juice into your blender or food processor.

  2. Scoop in 2 cups of frozen blueberries.

  3. Add 1 (7 ounce) container of 2% Greek yogurt.

  4. Finish with a 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk and 2 scoops of collagen powder.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and blueberries.

  7. Enjoy!
