Ingredients
  • 1/2 head purple cabbage

  • 4 celery stalks

  • 3 apples of any variety

  • 1 piece ginger

Instructions
  1. Add 1/2 a head of purple cabbage to your juicer.

  2. Add 4 celery stalks, crudely chopped.

  3. Add 3 apples of your preferred variety, chopped into pieces. You can leave the peel in place.

  4. Add 1 piece of ginger after removing the skin.

  5. Juice ingredients until the consistency of the juice is smooth.

  6. Pour contents of juicer into a tall glass and add ice cubes if you prefer the juice chilled.

  7. Enjoy this delicious juice!
