Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Granola

  • Dehydrated berries

  • Chia seeds

  • Flowers

Instructions
  1. Pour 1/4 cup of coconut milk into blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  3. Scoop 1 cup of coconut yogurt into the blender or food processor.

  4. Add frozen ingredients: 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple, and 2 cups of frozen raspberries to the blender or food processor.

  5. Blend.

  6. Top with: granola, dehydrated berries, chia seeds, and flowers.
