  • 4 beets

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cucumber

  • 4 celery

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  1. Add 4 beets, peeled and crudely chopped, to a blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 chopped apple with the skin still in place.

  3. Add 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped into small pieces.

  4. Add 4 stalks of celery, cut into pieces.

  5. Add 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar.

  6. Blend contents until they form a juice that’s smooth and pulp free. If concoction is too thick, add tap or mineral water until desired consistency is achieved.

  7. Pour juice into a tall glass.

  8. Drink and enjoy.
