2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Add 4 beets, peeled and crudely chopped, to a blender or food processor.
Add 1 chopped apple with the skin still in place.
Add 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped into small pieces.
Add 4 stalks of celery, cut into pieces.
Add 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar.
Blend contents until they form a juice that’s smooth and pulp free. If concoction is too thick, add tap or mineral water until desired consistency is achieved.
Pour juice into a tall glass.
