  • 1 cup cucumber

  • 1/2 cup kale

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup green grapes, frozen

  • 1/2 cup pineapple, frozen

  • 1 tablespoon activated charcoal

  • 1/4 cup coconut water

  1. Add 1 cup cucumber to your blender or food processor.

  2. Measure out a 1/2 cup of kale and a 1/2 cup of spinach, and then toss on top of the cucumber.

  3. Add 1/2 a cup of green grapes and 1/2 a cup of pineapple, both frozen.

  4. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon activated charcoal.

  5. Pour in 1/4 cup of coconut water.

  6. Blend until it looks like, well, green slime—bottoms up!
