Persimmon: though small in size, this vibrantly orange fruit contains over half your daily recommended intake of vitamin A, essential for immune system health and other bodily functions.
Yogurt: thanks to its many live bacterial strains, this fermented food has been linked to a lowered risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, and several chronic inflammatory diseases.
Fig: is an exceptionally rich source of soluble fiber, which helps you stay full for longer and can also relieve constipation.
Almonds: are rich in a trove of vital nutrients, including vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. They’re also a great way to naturally increase your protein intake.
Honey: depending on the variety, honey—and especially raw honey—offers up a significant quantity of antioxidants called phenolic compounds, which can help prevent unwanted physical changes associated with aging.
Cinnamon: there’s some evidence indicating that this popular and delicious spice can cut your risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases.
