  •  Ready In: 5 minutes
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

  • 1 cup kefir

  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon activated charcoal

  1. Put 2 cups of baby spinach leaves in your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen blackberries.

  3. Scoop 1 cup of kefir into the blender or food processor.

  4. Add 2 teaspoons agave nectar.

  5. Peel 1 lemon and add to other ingredients.

  6. Finish with 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal.

  7. Blend until smooth.

  8. Enjoy!
