  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen papaya

  • 1/4 aloe vera juice

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  1. Place 1 frozen banana in your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 cup frozen papaya.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice, which can be purchased at Walmart or your local pharmacy.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon grated ginger, ideally fresh ground.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

  6. Add 1 cup coconut milk.

  7. Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie’s consistency is too thick, feel free to add tap or coconut water and reblend.

  8. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
